Precautions
Carrying:
When carrying Feepop Board plates, correct methods shall be applied:
Single handling is not allowed. Two persons shall work together to carry the plates and the protection of the edges and angles shall be emphasized
When two persons carry the plates together, arms shall be opened and the long edges of the plate shall be held so as to avoid the over bending of the plate
If the thickness of the plate is less than 8mm, two plates shall be put together for each carrying.
Storage:
Although Feepop Board plates can withstand harsh climates, they must be stored indoors
The plates shall be placed on dry, smooth and hard objects. Placing them directly on the floor is not allowed
Each pile of plates shall be covered by waterproofing membranes and ensure the air flowing around the plates
Feepop Board plates shall be stacked neatly according to different sizes and specifications. Scattered standing or leaning is not allowed
The maximum height of each plate pile shall be no larger than 800mm and the storage height no larger than 2400mm
Cutting:
Cutting of Feepop Board plate is very simple. Both power and manual cutting tools can be applied (such as cutter knifes, wood saws or hard alloy saws). During the process of cutting, plate and cutting tools have to be stable so as to avoid breaches in the edges of the plate. When cutting, the plate shall be right side up. For some special shapes, the scroll saw can be applied. To ensure the sanitation and the environmental protection in the construction site, electric cutting machines with dust-exhausting device shall be used
